چکیده
Background information: The phytochemicals of endophytes have generated substantial interest in drug discovery programs because they offer the possibility discovering new biologically active molecules. Objective: objective this study was to quantify and analyze phytochemical profile fungus endophytic extracts isolated from Azadirachta indica leaves, which been used ethnobotanically for treating malaria bacterial infections. Methods: Endophytic fungi were isolated, solid-state fermentation rice medium performed, secondary metabolites extracted according standard techniques. An analytical system that uses gas chromatography flame ionization detection (GC-FID) determine constituents contained endophytes. Results: results GC-FID analysis showed presence Ribalinidine, Naringenin, Sparteine, Phenol, Steroids, Kaempferol, Flavone, Oxalate, Catechin, Tannin, Rutin at different concentrations. Conclusion: This reveals promising ability A. as a foundation naturally occurring bioactive. quantitative assessment endophyte leaves A.indica plant are rich both alkaloids flavonoids (Phenolics).

Direct analysis of artemisinin from Artemisia annua L. using high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector, and gas chromatography with flame ionization detector.
Since the isolation of artemisinin 32 years ago, it has been analyzed by different chromatographic techniques. This work compared the analysis of artemisinin from crude plant samples by GC with flame ionization detection (GC-FID) and HPLC with evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD). Data is also presented indicating that GC is suitable for the quantification of two of artemisinin pre...
متن کاملAcoustic flame detector for gas chromatography.
A novel gas chromatography detector is described that uses acoustic signals from a partly premixed hydrogen-air flame burning on top of a capillary. The device, referred to as the acoustic flame detector (AFD), is based on the measurement of the frequency of acoustic transients generated at the burner under a range of operating conditions. The presence of trace amounts of analyte in the flame w...

Azadirachta indica is a very useful traditional medicinal plant in the sub-continent and each part of the tree has some medicinal properties. The plant is native to Asia, but has now naturalized in West Africa and is widely cultivated in Nigeria as an ornamental as well as medicinal plant. Fresh leaves of the plant were collected, dried, homogenized and extracted using 95% Ethanol, Methanol and...
